1. Once Booking is confermed will not be cancelled.
2. Processing charges is not refundable.
3. Client/s have to pay Rs.750/- fine as a penalty if their cheque bounce.
4. Minimum Stay is for 1 month..
5. Client/s have to pay their rents on the given due date every month. In case of delay a penalty of Rs 50 per day will be charged after 5th of every month
6. Client/s are required to pay their rent strictly in advance.
7. Client/s will be held responsible in case they pay their rents without receiving the bills duly signed.
8. One month’s previous notice must be given when vacating the premises between 1st to 5th of every succeeding month in advance without any default. Deposit is refundable and will not be adjusted as Rent during the notice period.
9. In case a Client/s vacates his/her room before completion of the month, he/she will be bound to pay the rent for the whole month in addition to a month’s rent for usual notice to vacant.
10. The Rental period is from 1st to 31st no matter when you start your stay.
11. Sub-tenants are not allowed.
12. A penalty of Rs.1000/- if outsider is found in apartment / society.
13. Any Client/s found acting in a disorderly manner or irregular payer or in a manner disturbing or causing annoyance to other tenants will at once be ejected.
14. Any Client/s causing any injury or damage to the property will be prosecuted.
15. For Laundry, Real Estate Farm in Mumbai is only a maid provider. We are not responsible for any alterations in the clothes.
16. Client/s will not be allowed to rear any sort of animal in the premises.
17. Smoking is strictly not allowed in apartment and even in society premises.
18. Outsiders/friends, Relatives are not allowed in apartment as well as in the society premises
19. Liquor is also not allowed in the apartment and even in society premises.
20. Switches and all electronic items should be turned off when not in use as well as before leaving the apartments (if no one’s at home).
21. If above rules are not followed, strict actions will be taken against the person Penalty of Rs 1000/- will be charged for the respective person found guilty And will also be given notice to vacant the place within 48 hours. And his/her deposit will not be refundable.
22. We charge to client/s only for the stay and all the additional facilities provided are complimentary.
23. Client/s is completely responsible for his/her belongings. No complaint will be entertained for the any lost / larceny.
24. All the Maintanance And Repairing works are Excluded.
